To further our mission, accessibletoronto.com has initiated an accessible rating system, named ‘WheelCool’. This accreditation is given to any establishment, venue or destination that meets accessibletoronto’s stringent criteria. WheelCool rates venues on their accessibility, which, in turn, will allow people with disabilities to know whether a place is in fact accessible, and the companies are reasonably equipped to permit safe and comfortable access. It is our objective to make the ‘WheelCool’ accreditation a nationally recognized symbol of quality!

‘WheelCool’ surveyors, those who rate and approve establishments as ‘WheelCool’, are frequent and knowledgeable consumers in each of the categories they rate.
